Users can request that The KGM Charters reserve a trip for them by submitting a RFQ. Registration with The KGM Charters is not required to utilize this service. To process your charter request, The KGM Charters will require that you submit information including name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal code, country, and detailed description of your travel group and its bus transportation requirements. You may also choose to provide optional information such as street address, city, state or province, preferred contact method, etc. This additional information allows you to provide more specific information on the charter that you are requesting and will allow us to reach you via mail in the event that we cannot reach you via phone or e-mail.

Your Phone Number
The KGM Charters will respond to your Request for Quote (RFQ) by telephone, usually within 24 hours, and that is why your phone number is a required field on the RFQ. If you decide you do not want to disclose this information, our quote can be mailed or faxed to you. Please call us to set up this service.
